About Me

I am studying towards a master’s degree in computer science at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University, Prague. The official programme description is Artificial Intelligence – Machine Learning, but I am focusing more on computational neuroscience.

I read neuroscience books, study neuroscience and machine learning online courses (more in Resources), and I have chosen a thesis topic that allows me to work both in machine learning and computational neuroscience (more in Projects).

I have been visiting meetups of LessWrong Prague, Czech Association for Effective Altruism, Machine Learning Meetups Prague, and I attended the following workshops and conferences:

  • 2017 – Center for Applied Rationality (CFAR) workshop
  • 2018 – Human-Aligned AI School, Prague
  • 2018 – Human-Level AI Conference, Prague

Besides neuroscience and AI studies, I have been involved in affiliate marketing and I enjoy karaoke, choir singing, piano, football, beach volleyball, and improv theatre.
